Foodie Snapshot: Boba Thai Cafe

Tony Gorick, Sales & Marketing Manager at Decades and Lancaster City Restaurant Week Marketing Specialist, and Cara Walker, Managing Editor at Fig Lancaster stopped by the new Boba Thai Café to explore the great addition to our City’s culinary scene!

Shana is the owner of Boba Thai Café and recently opened the spot on 400 N Prince Street to rave customer reviews. This is their first participation in Lancaster City Restaurant week so we had to try it out!

Their deal is 20% off when you spend $15 or more! The menu is packed with delicious options including breakfast options, Thai dishes, fried rice, sandwiches, burritos (and burrito bowls!), salads, fries, and much more.

Of course they also have their incredible boba milk tea, smoothies, and fruit tea that are a must-try.

Cara ordered the Mango Milk Tea and Pineapple Fried Rice. Tony decided to go the breakfast route and get the Asian Skillet featuring eggs, bacon, and toast.

We also tried the spring rolls and they were fantastic – freshly served with indulgent peanut sauce.

Overall the flavors (and service) was phenomenal.

“Boba Thai Café is the perfect spot for breakfast and lunch or a quick milk tea treat,” said Cara. “Their spring rolls were especially delicious, and owner Shana was a friendly face around the café to give us the inside scoop on each dish.”

The menu is robust, with an array of favorites and options sure to delight any palate.
